Mom got an e-mail late this afternoon from the potential adopter, and Nugget is still here. It seems that the little kitten he already has, has tested positive for FIV!
Mom is kind of sad that the adoption fell through, after she had herself all geared up for it...but also very glad that the people were honest and told her, instead of just taking the little guy and exposing him to getting sick as well!
Soooo.....maybe we're keeping him here, after all...purrrhaps it was meant to be....

Yeah, that took some gearing up. It was nice of the prospective adopter to be honest. We figure Nugget will be very happy there.
It's been an up and down time for your mom. But you're right...good thing this human let your mom know that his other kitty is FIV (though we're sorry it is).
We're so glad the potential adopter was honest. What a letdown, though.
